Is It Normal to be Discovered Orgasm Pregnant?

embryo

-Is it normal to be discovered orgasm pregnant? In fact I never had orgasms before, and now I have.

Some statistics indicate that one in five women discover orgasm for the first time during pregnancy. Little wonder then! In effect during pregnancy, the hormonal flood of women makes it much more sensitive to the genital level.

- I have seven months pregnant and after a relationship, I bled a little. “At this point in pregnancy should stop having sex?

In his own case and you must consult your gynecologist very quickly. It is the only one who can tell if you can keep having sex with penetration. In general, at 7 months and outside of all problems of bleeding or the risk of early pregnancy sex are allowed.

- I have seven months pregnant and my husband is disturbed by the curve of my belly. I no longer feel the desire to make love.

I think because of that curve, her husband only sees the mother and no longer is whether the woman she is. It is quite common, the pregnant woman is no longer the lover for your partner, but the mother. Maybe her husband is afraid to hurt you or the baby. Ask to accompany you to your next visit to the gynecologist, for talking about all that.

- Since my last pregnancy five years ago I have much less sexual desire than before. I have consulted with my husband to a sex therapist, who told me that, but nothing changed. Now I want very much to have another child but my husband does not want because they think my problem will be increased and therefore that we will not have sex. How to change his mind?

Tell your husband that when he has had the desired number of children, two if I’m not mistaken, it may become more woman than mother. Your unconscious is currently directed toward the maternal side. After that I second pregnancy, and not think of another maternity and perhaps his unconscious then be directed more to the woman who mother.

Is Sodomy Dangerous For Pregnant Women?

Thursday, July 8th, 2010

HAMIL

1 – My wife five months pregnant, I said it was dangerous for the baby to have sex with penetration, what are you?

The pregnancy was never an indication against the penetrative sex. However, in cases of pregnancy with bleeding or at risk of preterm delivery, the penetration is against indicated.

So if your pregnancy develops without any particular problem, you can have sex until the end using the most comfortable positions for women, they will not support you in the belly.

2 – Is sodomy dangerous for pregnant women?

NO. This has no adverse effects on the fetus. However as a woman has during this period easily hemorrhoids, anal intercourse can be more painful and minor bleeding may occur more easily.

3 – I did a pregnancy test because my rules were delayed and the result was that she was pregnant. I had my rules normally but I have nausea for several days and I feel good. I did another test and is positive again. I do not understand, thanks for your explanation.

A woman can have the rules while you are pregnant, it is rare but not exceptional. Before ultrasound practice, the date of the latest rules was often responsible for errors around the time of delivery. Now, with the scans these errors on the last days of pregnancy are gone almost, if they did the ultrasound in early pregnancy. I suggest you consult your gynecologist as soon as possible.

Teenage Pregnancy Constitutes a Risk Group for Health

Monday, July 5th, 2010

31 agustus 09 hamil2

Issue of teen pregnancy:

The causes of teenage pregnancy are numerous, the main one is the maintenance of sexual intercourse without adequate contraception. Another of the reasons is that teens reach their reproductive stage, about four or five years before being emotionally mature.

Also, do not receive sufficient information on responsible sexuality, and receiving, is not entirely clear. The economic factor has great influence on the lack of contraceptive measures, because for a teenager is not easy to access them.

Teenage pregnancy constitutes a risk group for health, among other factors, the nutritional problem. A teenage girl has not yet completed their development, thus, their nutritional requirements are higher than those of an adult woman. To this are added the needs of the fetus, so that the power of a pregnant teenager, are far superior to those of an adult woman.

In addition, we must consider that the eating habits of adolescents, are often deficient. For all this, the teenage pregnancy is high risk, it can cause complications such as growth retardation, preterm delivery, cesarean section, preeclampsia, and other conditions that are more common in this age group.

During adolescence take place a series of physiological and emotional changes that can compromise the mother and child. In people under 15 years, there is an increased risk of abortion, premature delivery, cesarean delivery due to physiological immaturity.

There are programs for adolescent pregnancy prevention, some point to abstinence, others to a knowledge of the teenager and his body’s normal functions, and report on contraceptive methods.

Before Starting an Pregnancy Exercise Program

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Before Starting an Pregnancy Exercise Program
Before starting any physical activity, talk with your healthcare professional. Not all pregnant women should exercise, especially if they have a risk for preterm birth or suffer serious illness, like heart or lung. Therefore, check with your health care professional before starting an exercise program.

Then decide what type of exercise want to do. Choose those activities you enjoy. You’ll want to try several. For example, walking for 30 minutes is a great way to get aerobic benefits of exercise, and do not need to join a gym or buy special equipment. You can run or dance, if you wish. Swimming is another type of exercise is good for pregnant women. The water supports the weight of the body and provides resistance to help increase your heart rate. You can also take a yoga class or aerobics designed for pregnant women. You will find that performing a variety of activities helps keep you motivated to continue exercising during your pregnancy – and beyond.

Be careful when choosing a sport. Avoid activities that may put you at risk for injuries, such as horseback riding, or downhill skiing. Avoid sports that can hurt your abdomen. Especially after the third month, avoid those exercises where you have to lie on your back because it can reduce blood flow to the uterus and endanger the baby. Calcium During Pregnancy
Calcium is used by all body cells. Help keep your bones and teeth healthy and strong. When a woman does not get enough calcium through diet, the body takes calcium from bones. Over time, this loss may significantly weaken bones and lead to osteoporosis. Osteoporosis causes bones to become weak and prone to fracture.

The recommended amount of calcium for women between the ages of 19 and 50 years, whether or not pregnant, is 1.000 milligrams (mg) per day. For adolescent girls until the age of 18 years is 1,300 mg daily. The amount of calcium you need daily remains the same before, during and after pregnancy.

During the last two trimesters of pregnancy and lactation period, your body absorbs more calcium from food than when not pregnant. Your baby needs calcium for the formation of more sound and healthy development of teeth and bones. If you do not get enough calcium through your diet during pregnancy, calcium your baby needs to be gained from his bones.

Unfortunately, many women do not get enough calcium. On average, women earn only 700 mg daily of calcium. Many women do not realize, for example, most multivitamins and prenatal vitamins contain less than one third of the recommended amount of calcium daily.

Foods can Affect Your Sleep When Pregnant

“It has been recommended intake of one cup of warm milk to fall asleep. This is because of the tryptophan present in the milk, which is a sleep-inducing substance. Other foods containing tryptophan are, bananas, oats, honey and poultry.

“If you’re thinking of an ideal snack for a nightcap when you opt for a bowl of warm milk with cereal, a yogurt with some biscuits or a slice of bread with cream cheese, any of these alternatives will also enhance your triptofeno blood. On the contrary, avoid consuming snakcs that are only carbohydrates and sugars, and that may adversely affect your sleep.

“Evita also go to bed hungry, you can be a distraction when having to sleep. Of course, this does not mean you eat too much at night: the two ends will keep you away from the arms of Morpheus.
