Controlling Sickness During Pregnancy

  • Avoid quick stops. Try not to get up from your chair or bed abruptly. It is best to get up slowly and gradually incorporated.

    We know that pregnancy usually brings some discomfort for women such as nausea, headaches, indigestion, hypertension and so on. Acupuncture works then as a technique to alleviate the discomfort.

    According to recent studies, acupuncture, Chinese medicine approach, works to alleviate pelvic pain caused by hormones affecting ligaments and muscles.
